To prepare the listing we use coming soon signage on top of the for sale sign. We use directional signs to direct people within and outside of the neighborhood to your home. Also, we offer open houses to show prospecting buyers the features of your home, which including take-home feature sheets. You neighbors also get just listed door hangers to promote to their relatives. We will also provide daily feedback of showings, weekly communication with all of our clients & post open-house feedback.
